The Counter-Terrorism Service arrested an ISIS terrorist.
The CTS stated in a statement: “The forces of the CTS, with accurate information from the Iraqi National Intelligence Service, arrested the terrorist (H.P.), who publishes (legitimate) fatwas related to ISIS terrorist gangs and incites to join the ranks of ISIS fighters inside and outside Iraq, as well as publishes publications and news related to ISIS gangs, as well as instructions on how to prepare and manufacture explosives, explosive belts, devices, methods of assassination, detonators, and the manufacture of medium weapons (launchers) through local materials, in addition to publishing news, publications, and data related to terrorist ISIS gangs, as well as urging to migrate to areas of ISIS control in Africa.
