The security forces arrested 50 suspects involved in the smuggling file in Diyala.
A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: “The outcome of the security operations carried out in the past weeks by joint security forces arrested 50 accused involved in smuggling, and seized dozens of tanks and trucks used in smuggling various materials and commodities, including oil derivatives, by setting up qualitative ambushes and strict procedures on the important land routes.
He added that the smuggling file ended in Diyala after the security strikes of the smuggling gangs. Pointing out that the security forces are continuing to implement plans to strengthen roads and security checkpoints.
