A source rejects media claim that Iran puts aside conditions at talks

Tehran, IRNA – An informed source at Iran’s negotiating team has rejected the claim made by the American newspaper The Wall Street Journal that Iran has ignored conditions at the talks; the conditions which call for removing Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) from the terrorist list.

Such a media claim is invalid, the source told IRNA.

The Islamic Republic of Iran has showed its goodwill in the talks, and the country is serious in reaching an agreement, the source stressed.

Earlier today, Iran’s negotiating team led by Ali Bagheri Kkani arrived in the Austrian capital to continue talks on removal of the sanctions.

“The US must seize the opportunity offered by the JCPOA partners’ generosity; ball is in their court to show maturity & act responsibly,” Bagheri Kani had already tweeted.
