Al-Hakim and Al-Amiri hold everyone responsible for maintaining the stability achieved

Baghdad – Head of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar Al-Hakim, and the head of Al-Fateh Alliance, Hadi Al-Amiri, held everyone responsible for maintaining the stability achieved.

Al-Hakim said in a statement: “We met in our office this evening with Hadi Al-Amiri, head of Al-Fatah Alliance, and we discussed developments in the political scene in Iraq and the region, the upcoming electoral elections, and ways to prepare for them in a way that restores the provincial councils’ standing and place in the nature of the Iraqi decentralized system.”

He added, “We held everyone responsible for maintaining the stability achieved, and we made it clear that the stability achieved is the result of a long process of suffering and the result of the blood that was shed in order to liberate the country and support the democratic experience.”

He continued, “In the Palestinian crisis, we renewed our call to stop military operations immediately, open border crossings, and bring in aid. We stressed that international values and laws fell resoundingly when their proponents remained silent about the massacres committed against women, children, and the defenseless people.”
