Al-Safiyyah Museum and Park: Cultural, Tourist Model Attracting Pilgrims in Madinah

Madinah: Al-Safiyyah Museum and Park are cultural and tourist models that combine knowledge with entertainment. They offer many innovative elements that enrich visitors’ experiences in Madinah. They are located in the central area south of the Prophet’s Mosque and cover an area of more than 4,400 square meters.

The project includes a cultural garden and a museum exhibition area that employs integrated audiovisual capabilities, as well as areas designated for commercial and recreational services to meet the needs of all visitors. The architectural designs are inspired by the heritage of Madinah, with palm orchards arranged terraced between floors, surrounded by pools and water fountains, creating an attractive environment for visitors and residents alike.

The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) documented various scenes of pilgrims from different nationalities visiting the museum and enjoying the diverse cultural exhibits. One of the highlights is the “Story of Creation” museum, which offers a comprehensive display in
several languages about the story of creation from the beginning of the universe through the stories of the prophets and messengers. The museum relies on a narrative approach that allows visitors to immerse themselves in the knowledge presented in the museum.
