Makkah, The ALTANFEETHI Company has announced its full readiness to receive pilgrims from around the world for the Hajj.
The company’s CEO, Gilban bin Mohammed Al-Jalban, explained that the ALTANFEETHI Lounges are fully operational and have an integrated plan for the Hajj season 1445 AH. The company cooperates with partners in various sectors to ensure pilgrims can efficiently perform their rituals.
He emphasized the collective effort in preparing the ALTANFEETHI Lounges to receive pilgrims through 27 lounges across the Kingdom’s airports. This service has resulted from strong collaboration with all partners in the aviation system and various sectors, demonstrating shared responsibility to serve the pilgrims effectively.
He underlined that the lounges have been equipped with awareness materials for pilgrims and can accommodate over 1,163 passengers per hour. This capacity is possible through four operations and control centers in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Madinah. These measures ensure that operational o
perations are successful, with more than 450 employees working around the clock in all lounges to serve pilgrims from various countries worldwide.
Furthermore, Al-Jalban said all lounges uphold the highest safety and quality standards, in strict alignment with numerous international accreditations. This unwavering commitment enables the lounges to effectively and successfully prepare for all seasons and events, instilling confidence in the operations.
