Apple Highlights Apps Developed by Graduates of Apple Developer Academy-Tuwaiq


-Apple highlighted the applications developed by graduates of the Apple Developer Academy- Tuwaiq yesterday, who were winners of Apple’s global Swift Challenge. These applications ranked among the top three outstanding projects and among the top 50 participating projects in the challenge.

The spotlight in the Apple Store was on the My Child app, which won among the top three outstanding projects. It was developed by graduate Jawaher Al-Enezi. The app aims to address the problem of stuttering in children and youth by providing them with exercises and practical applications that help alleviate and overcome stuttering symptoms. Another highlighted app was Fin’s Adventure, which won among the top 50 projects. Developed by graduate Afrah bin Jubair, it is an electronic game designed to raise awareness of the importance of caring for the oceans and promoting the concept of environmental sustainability for future generations.

Apple’s announcement included a conversation between the academy graduates, Jawaher Al-E
nezi and Afrah bin Jubair, about how they started their journey in app development and the challenges they faced. They overcame these challenges with the support of the Apple Developer Academy at Tuwaiq, which provided the educational environment and tools necessary to develop innovative solutions that serve various segments of society.

The Apple Developer Academy at Tuwaiq celebrated the achievements of Jawaher Al-Enezi and Afrah bin Jubair last May after their victory in the global Swift Challenge, which included participation from over 350 students across 35 countries.
