Minister of Culture Nevin Al-Kilani, received Janosz Czak, Hungarian Minister of Culture and Innovation, to discuss ways to enhance cultural and artistic cooperation between the two countries, exchange experiences in the fields of heritage and innovation, and hold joint cultural and artistic events during the coming period.
The Minister of Culture welcomed her Hungarian counterpart and appreciated his keenness to strengthen cultural cooperation frameworks and exchange experiences, especially in the field of protecting, preserving and documenting heritage, stressing the importance of awareness of the value of heritage in preserving the identity of societies, and expressing her aspirations to activate more joint cultural cooperation programs during the next stage.
Al-Kilani provided an explanation of the Ministry’s work mechanisms in providing cultural service to various segments of society throughout the Republic, especially in remote and border areas, to achieve cultural justice.
