The third edition of the EV Auto Show 2024 opened at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center and is scheduled to continue until September 19. The exhibition aims to highlight the electric vehicle sector and the transition towards clean energy, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 and its commitment to a sustainable future in transportation.
Deputy of Transport Enablement at the Transport General Authority Dr. Omaimah Bamasaq stated that the exhibition reflects the national trend of supporting this industry, particularly through public transport plans focusing on electric bus infrastructure. She expressed hope that this edition will achieve its goals and build upon the success of the previous two editions.
The exhibition features special offers and workshops on electric vehicle infrastructure and modern technologies. It is one of the largest electric vehicle events in Saudi Arabia, with over 70 local and international companies participating. Additionally, the workshops will attract 60 expert sp
eakers discussing the latest developments in electric vehicle technologies, batteries, and renewable energy.
This exhibition provides a valuable opportunity to explore the latest innovations in the electric vehicle industry and strengthen efforts to develop and localize this industry in Saudi Arabia.
