GCC Secretary General Meets with Several GCC Ambassadors Accredited to Brasilia


Brasilia, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi during his official visit to the Federative Republic of Brazil, met yesterday with several Ambassadors of the GCC countries accredited to Brazil in the capital Brasilia, according to a press release from the GCC General Secretariat.

At the outset of the meeting, Albudaiwi reviewed key economic indicators that underscore the established relations between the GCC countries and Brazil. Discussions also focused on strategies to strengthen cooperation across political, economic, and cultural domains.

Albudaiwi underscored the significance of collective Gulf efforts, a cornerstone of the GCC’s work, in bolstering strategic ties between GCC countries and Brazil. He emphasized leveraging available opportunities to forge new avenues of bilateral economic and trade cooperation for the mutual benefit of their peoples.

The GCC Ambassadors praised the meeting for reflecting the GCC General Secretariat’s dedication to consolidat
ing GCC efforts to improve cooperation with Brazil across sectors. They said such initiatives benefit both parties and promote sustainable growth in their nations.
