Makkah: The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque is preparing to welcome pilgrims after they complete the Hajj rituals, offering a comprehensive range of services to ensure their comfort and safety. These services include preparing the Prophet’s Mosque to the highest international quality standards, from carpeting and sanitizing facilities to crowd management and easing access to all areas of the mosque.
The presidency also provides specialized services for people with disabilities and the elderly and works to maintain a safe and healthy environment through continuous sterilization and disinfection, in addition to perfuming the mosque and distributing the blessed Zamzam water.
These efforts demonstrate the presidency’s commitment to enriching the visitor experience and providing all means of comfort for them to perform their worship in an atmosphere of faith and tranquility.
