Tehran, Guinean President Alpha Conde, in a message on Thursday, congratulated Iranian President-elect Ebrahim Raisi on winning a July 18 presidential election.
In his message, Conde stressed the need to bolster cordial relations with Iran.
He wished success for the Iranian president-elect, voicing his government’s readiness for expansion of all-out relations with Iran.
Raisi secured more than 18 million votes to win Iran’s presidential election.
