Haql, On the shores of Haql, northwestern Saudi Arabia, is Al-Nakheel Park, which is one of the favorite destinations for locals and visitors, and an ideal choice for families and friends wishing to spend time in nature, enjoy walking, cycling or sitting under the shades of lush palm trees in the cool sea breeze.
The 28,000-square-metre park is located on a glamorous waterfront where pedestrian paths are lined with shading trees, and which has parking areas and playgrounds for children.
SPA captured the natural scenery in the park, and asked for the impression of visitors who frequent the place on a regular basis. They said they enjoy the park’s services and facilities.
Haql Mayor Faisal Al-Hariqi said that Al-Nakheel Park is one of the natural sites in the governorate sought by tourists, and therefore the municipality performs daily maintenance and cleaning work.
