Mashhad, IRNA – Only a few hours before the citizens of Mashhad’s meeting with their friend from Khorasan, the pilgrims of Imam Reza (AS) are counting seconds for meeting that leader.
On the morning of the 1st day of the solar New Year, 1402, the leader and captain of the system’s ship woke up this morning to count seconds with that friend from Khorasan.
The streets and alleys of Khorasan are all swept and water is shed on the pavements, and Imam Reza’s shrine is decorated with fragrant flowers. The morning of Farvardin 1st, is quite jubilant in the shrine, and those who love to meet the friend’s face have reserved places and busy praying wholeheartedly, as if the sky and the earth are linked together, and the shrine is full of the prayers and patience to pass the hours before listening to the address of the leader of the revolution.
Today the loving hears of thousands of Iranians have flown to Imam Reza’s shrine to see their dreams come true and see the good health of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the sagacious Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution will speak at the holy Shrine of Imam Ali Ibn Musa Al-Reza on the first day of the Iranian New Year, Nowruz.
The eager pilgrims of Imam Reza (P) and Mashhadi citizens have been waiting for the event as of 3 pm, for the leader New Year address, which will begin at 4:30 pm.
The full text of the program will be broadcasted at www.khamenei-ir, and the various channels of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) radio and television netweorks.
The Supreme Leader had abandoned his annual Razavi Shrine lectures for the past three years for health concerns due to the Corona pandemic.
