Yazd, IRNA – The 7th International Mines, Steel and Industries, and Chain of Related Machineries and Facilities Exhibition was opened in Yazd on Thursday night.
The exhibition’s managing director said in an interview with IRNA, “In this exhibition 60 reputable companies from various Iranian provinces, as well as companies from China, Russia, Turkey and some European countries are participating.”Ahmad Qafi said that knowledge-based companies working in industries and mines field, too, actively participating in this exhibition.
He added that surveying the opportunities for making investments in related industries and the latest technological achievements are among the other objectives of this three-day exhibition, visiting which is open for the public.
Yazd ranks 2nd from the mine’s indexes diversity point of the view in Iran 4th in the country from the industrial point with over 3,600 industrial units.
