Tehran, IRNA – Iran Embassy in Syria canceled the celebration that was to be held to commemorate the 44th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, due to the recent earthquake in Syria and Turkiye.

The ceremony was scheduled to be held on February 11 and 12 in Aleppo and Damascus, but these two ceremonies were canceled.

The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Syria celebrates the anniversary of the glorious victory of the Islamic Revolution every year.

The Iranian embassy in Damascus has announced Iran stands by its Syrian brothers and sisters in these difficult times.
