Iran judiciary to react to saboteurs powerfully: Spokesman

Tehran, IRNA – Iran’s Judiciary will not fail to answer destructive measures made by main rioters, who have been led by foreign forces, a spokesman said.

Masoud Setayeshi said in a press briefing on Tuesday that the judiciary system is Iran is determined to bring plotters and elements of the recent riots into justice.

The Judiciary expresses sympathy with the family of young Iranian Kurdish girl Mahsa Amini, he said, adding that martyrs, who have been killed during the recent unrest by a few thugs, were trying to defend the Iranian nation.

The enemies have always been trying to create discord and chaos in order to harm security and tranquility in the Islamic country, he said, noting that clear-cut reports by Iranian Legal Medicine Organization has been announced to put an end to all ambiguities, but a few people tried to destruct public and private properties.

One of the worst crimes was political and media political campaign to promote the Iranians to play a role in chaos and riot; so, some people poured into streets, but the Judiciary has released 1700 people, while investigating some others’ role in the riots.

Pointing to recent sad unrest in Zahedan, southeastern province of Sistan and Baluchestan, he noted that the Judiciary is probing into the incident very precisely in order to help uproot the problem.

There are different tribes in Iran, who are living together in peace and harmony for thousands of years, he said, adding that Baluch tribe is one of the long-lasting people, who have showed their support for the Islamic establishment on several occasions.

Some ill-wishers and anti-Iran elements attempt to distort national unity in the country, but the Iranians will powerfully react to those who try to threaten national security.
