Tehran, IRNA – Iranian athletes won the gold medal at the Asian Beach Handball Championship and booked their place in the 2022 World Championships.

Iran’s national adult beach handball team defeated Qatar 2-1 and gained permission to participate in the 2022 World Championships.

Earlier, the Iranian junior beach handball team won the Asian Championship after achieving five consecutive victories.
