Iran, Qatar sign 14 cooperation documents

Tehran, IRNA – A sum of 14 cooperation documents were signed between Iran and Qatar in Doha on Monday.

The documents were signed by Iranian ministers of foreign affairs, Petroleum, Road and Urban Development, Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism, and Energy with their Qatari counterparts on the sidelines of a meeting between Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

President Raisi arrived in Doha earlier in the day to participate in a Summit of heads of state of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF).

The documents signed between the two sides covered different issues of cooperation, including, trade, sea and air transportation, visa cancellation, standard, electricity, culture and education.
