Iran to vaccinate foreign nationals

Tehran, IRNA – The head of Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRSC) said that foreign nationals and refugees in Iran will be vaccinated soon.

Karim Hemmati said it was decided that UNICEF would provide IRCS with one million doses of COVID-19 vaccine to inoculate foreign nationals.

IRCS will also provide some doses, he said.

He added that his organization has so far imported 18 consignments of COVID-19 vaccine.

Hemmati had earlier said that the IRCS has so far imported 25,390,000 doses of vaccine.
