Iranian gov’t should serve elite with all facilities: President Raisi

Tehran, IRNA – Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi said that the government should serve the elite and the academicians with all the facilities available, but it should be cautious regarding prescriptions made by other countries.

Speaking at the 12th National Elites Conference on Tuesday, President Raisi said that his administration had no limitations on the National Elites Foundation (NEF)’s leveraging the knowledge and experiences shared by other countries and the foundation should work with other governmental organizations.

He said that no governmental official or organization should import from foreign countries the products and goods which are manufactured in Iran.

The Iranian president noted that his administration was determined to pay attention to the elite’s viewpoints.

He said that the plunder of lands, jungles, and wealth of countries has turned into plunder of the brains today and the enemies want to steal the elite of Iran.

There are 7,400 knowledge-based companies in Iran, the president said, adding that this should be improved.
