Baghdad, The Counter-Terrorism Service (CTS) arrested an ISIS carrier in Salah al-Din Governorate.
The CTS stated in a statement: “In a heroic operation, and after setting up a precise ambush according to accurate intelligence information in the city of Tikrit, the CTS heroes were able to arrest one of the leaders of the terrorist ISIS gangs.”
It added: “The terrorist previously worked in the Nineveh sector, and now he works as a carrier for ISIS terrorist gangs between Iraq and one of the neighboring countries, and he renewed his pledge of allegiance to the terrorist organization in 2023.”
