Islamic Solidarity Games Commence in Riyadh with 3,500 Athletes from 57 Nations

Riyadh: The 6th edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games began in Riyadh on November 7, 2025, uniting more than 3,500 athletes from 57 countries to compete in 21 different sports. The event is being held under the motto ‘One Nation’ and aims to promote unity and peace among Muslim nations.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Iran has sent a delegation of 190 athletes to participate in the Games. The event will continue until November 20, providing a platform for athletes from the Islamic world to showcase their talents and foster camaraderie.
