The Israeli Shin Bet security service and the department responsible for security in the Ministry of Defense have completed the preparation of the underground command and supervision shelter in Jerusalem, which is designated for managing wars by the Israeli political and military leadership.
The shelter, which is called “the well” in Israel, is equipped with all command and supervision devices. It is connected to the “well” located in the Israeli army headquarters in Tel Aviv and all the operations command rooms. It can be used for long periods of time and is fortified against all types of weapons
