King Abdulaziz Public Library hosted Italian professor Pietro Paolo Rampino, the second vice chairman and treasurer of the Joint Italian Arab Chamber of Commerce, to present his latest book, “Saudi Arabia: the Vision Becomes Reality,” in a cultural event Wednesday.
King Abdulaziz Public Library General Supervisor Faisal bin Abdulrahman bin Muammar and a group of enthusiasts in the commercial and economic fields were in attendance.
During his presentation, Rampino commended Saudi Arabia’s adoption of Vision 2030 as evidence of the commitment to enhancing the model of sustainable development, which not only enhances the Kingdom’s global economic status but also achieves a balance between modernity and tradition.
He stated that the Kingdom has become a global center for production and innovation, enabling it to emerge as a force whose influence is growing day after day in the global economic arena.

roviding insights derived from examples of Italian industrial areas.
He noted that the book highlights the Kingdom as a land rich in opportunities for foreign entrepreneurs. It showcases Saudi Arabia’s unique transformation driven by enlightened reforms that embrace energy efficiency, sustainable development, as well as the promotion of technological innovation and private-sector growth.
Furthermore, Rampino took the opportunity to commend some Italian companies present in the Kingdom, underscoring the significance of the concept of “Saudi Made” concerning the opportunities available to entrepreneurs.
