Kidana and Hadiyah Sign Agreement to Implement, Fund, Supervise, Maintain Projects within Holy Sites

Kidana Development Company, the major developer of the Holy Sites, signed a cooperation agreement with the Hajj and Umrah Charity Association (Hadiyah). The agreement focuses on implementing, funding, supervising, and maintaining various projects within the Holy Sites for three years.

The agreement was signed by Kidana chief executive Eng. Mohammed bin Nasser Al-Mejmaj, and Hadiyah board of directors’ chairman Dr. Hatem bin Hasan Al-Marzouki. Both parties aim to improve and uphold the highest standards of services provided to pilgrims and visitors to the Holy Sites.

The collaboration between Kidana and Hadiyah will involve joint efforts in implementing, funding, supervising, and maintaining agreed-upon projects within the Holy Sites. A joint committee established by both parties will determine the details, specifications, and timelines for these projects. The committee will identify opportunities and projects, provide detailed descriptions of each project, and coordinate the necessary studies for their imp
lementation.

Kidana will also work with relevant authorities to define the objectives of the agreement and the projects to be implemented, submit recommendations, and ensure they align with other projects. Meanwhile, Hadiyah will carry out the projects to the highest specifications and standards under the supervision of the joint committee.

Kidana is diligently preparing early for the Hajj season of 1446 AH in coordination and integration with various relevant authorities.
