King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve Development Authority Participates at Arab Forum for Environment in Riyadh


Riyadh: The King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve Development Authority is participating in the environmental exhibition accompanying the Arab Forum for Environment (AFEN) in its third session. The event is being held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center under the slogan “Restore Land to Build Resilience.”

The authority aims to showcase the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s leadership in environmental protection and sustainable development through its participation. This aligns with the environmental goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, the outputs of the Saudi Green Initiative, and the comprehensive strategic goals for 2030 for the Royal Reserves.

At the authority’s pavilion, regional and international visitors, including experts and specialized environmental organizations, will learn about the natural and geographical components of the King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve. The pavilion will also highlight the authority’s efforts to rehabilitate its natural lands through afforestation initiatives and project
s, waste removal, and the prevention of harmful practices within its borders. These efforts have been carried out in partnership with government and private sectors, as well as local and international non-profit organizations, with the aim of ensuring the reserve’s sustainability for present and future generations.
