King Salman Center for Disability Research Board of Trustees Acknowledges Saudi Leadership’s Support for People with Disabilities


King Salman Center for Disability Research Board of Trustees held its third meeting yesterday here, chaired by Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.

The board expressed gratitude to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince for their unwavering support and attention given to people with disabilities.

It also acknowledged the significant care, attention, and support the center has received from public and private institutions to carry out its programs, scientific research projects, and events under the center’s slogan “Science Benefiting People”.

Members of the board also expressed pride in the center’s recent accomplishments, including an AI initiative and a program designed to promote inclusive education for students with disabilities. They also acknowledged the success of the center’s ongoing series of scientific meetings and other impactful initiatives.

The board commended the center’s strategic plan for researchers and graduate studen
ts, which provides comprehensive training programs designed to cultivate essential research skills and support the publication of high-quality research in scientific journals, including the center’s own publication, Disability Research.
