KSrelief Delivers 125 Tons of Dates as Gift from Saudi Arabia to Jordan


Amman, April 3, 2024, The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) delivered a gift from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan today, consisting of 125 tons of dates. These dates will be distributed to Jordan’s 12 governorates, commencing from the Al-Qastal area south of Amman.

Saudi Ambassador to Jordan Nayef bin Bandar Al-Sudairi personally delivered the aid to Jordan’s Royal Court Chief Yousef Al-Issawi in the presence of Nayef bin Saleh Al-Shammari, Director of the KSrelief Branch in Jordan.

Al-Sudairi expressed gratitude to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for their significant humanitarian services to the needy. He also lauded the role of KSrelief for its direct supervision and follow-up on the implementation of such programs, as well as its commitment to fostering communication with Islami
c leaderships and enhancing relations to further humanitarian efforts in all aspects.

Al-Sudairi reiterated that this program exemplifies the Kingdom’s dedication to serving humanity and advancing its humanitarian endeavors globally.

Al-Issawi, in turn, praised the significant humanitarian role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, emphasizing that the initiatives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques are positive reflections of the brotherly relations between the two countries and peoples.

This gift is part of the programs provided by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to several countries, aimed at benefiting the most underprivileged families.
