KSrelief Inspects Progress of Adahi Project in Yemen, Syria, Somalia for Hajj Season 1445 AH

Riyadh, The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) team conducted an inspection yesterday to assess the progress of the Adahi (animal sacrifice) project in Yemen, Syria, and Somalia for the Hajj season 1445 AH.

During field visits, the team examined the animals to ensure compliance with Islamic requirements and health standards.

As per the project, 2,330 Adahi will be distributed to needy families in the governorates of Aden, Hadhramaut, Al-Mahra, and Ma’rib in Yemen, benefiting 32,620 individuals.

1,388 Adahi will be distributed in several areas in the countryside of Idlib and Aleppo governorates in Syria, benefiting 73,188 individuals.

2,220 Adahi will be distributed in the Somali capital, Mogadishu, and the southwestern Somali region, benefiting 53,280 individuals.

This assistance is part of a series of humanitarian projects implemented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through KSrelief to provide food aid to countries and peoples around the world. The aim is to bring joy and pleasure
to families with low income during the days of Eid Al-Adha.
