Makkah: The Holy Makkah Municipality has launched a multilingual WhatsApp service hotline (0539400940) to receive reports, inquiries, and suggestions from pilgrims, with the aim of improving communication and service delivery for a diverse population.
The municipality assures pilgrims that reports submitted via phone (940) or WhatsApp are addressed promptly by the concerned department. Once a report is resolved to the users’ satisfaction, they will receive a closure code for reference.
