Ministry of Justice: Case Validation Center Performs Over 7 Million Services Since Inception

The Ministry of Justice has announced that the Case Validation Center has validated over seven million statements of claim in Saudi courts since its establishment. This year, more than 1.3 million documents were validated.

According to the ministry, the center contributes significantly to speeding up case hearings, minimizing the number of court sessions, and simplifying lawsuit procedures.

“These improvements aim to enhance the justice system, increase work efficiency, and foster better outcomes,” it stated.

The center’s main aim is to help clients by ensuring case file readiness and that all prerequisites are fulfilled before the case is presented to the judicial panel.

Through its systematic approach, the center improves the quality of judicial proceedings, saves time, and reduces client effort, ultimately expediting the delivery of justice.
