The official opening ceremony of the new academic year of the country’s universities and research and technology centres began with the presence of the President at the University of Tehran.
Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi is going to praise the top ranking candidates of the national entrance exam by giving them a plaque before noon today.
