Outgoing amb. invites Iran to join reconstruction in Ukraine

Tehran, IRNA – Outgoing Ukrainian Ambassador to Tehran, Sergei Bordeliak, invited Iranian firms to join reconstruction efforts in his country devastated by the ongoing war.
The Ukrainian diplomat, whose mission in Iran has come to an end, was at a meeting with Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian on Monday.
Bordeliak thanked Iran for its stance opposing the war in Ukraine and backing dialogue to resolve the conflict with Russia.
The top Iranian diplomat, for his part, once again opposed the continuation of the war and announced his country’s readiness to offer help to that aim.
