Parliamentary mobilization to vote on the decisions of a “dangerous investigation” dating back to 2017 regarding the Khor Abdullah Agreement

A number of members of the House of Representatives, who constitute nearly a quarter of the members of the Council, collected signatures to vote on the decisions of the Parliamentary Order Committee related to the investigation of the Khor Abdullah Agreement, which proved the existence of changes and abuses of Iraq’s rights with regard to land and sea borders in a way that is not consistent with historical facts.

The document included a request for the Presidency of Parliament to vote on the decisions of the Parliamentary Committee 77 in 2017, while the request was accompanied by 90 signatures of Parliament members, who make up nearly a quarter of Parliament members.
