Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli on Saturday 08/6/2024 asserted utmost keenness on following upon the results and performance indexes of the Unified Government Complaints System.
The Premier made his remarks while reviewing efforts made by the complaints system in May through a report, which was presented by Director of the Unified Government Complaints System Tarek el Refaei.
The report highlighted the government’s efforts to deal with citizens’ complaints in the last month.
The total number of complaints submitted through the system in May amounted to 147,000, Refaei said.
