President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Tuesday sent a cable to Russian President Vladimir Putin to greet him on Russia Day.

The president delegated Presidential Secretary Mohamed Atef Abdel Hamed to the Russian embassy in Cairo to extend greetings on the occasion.
