Religious Affairs Presidency Supports Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice during Ramadan


Makkah: The Presidency for Religious Affairs of the Two Holy Mosque is lending support to the staff of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice during the busy last 10 days of Ramadan.

The assistance aims to enhance religious awareness in key areas, including the Mataf area, Al-Masaa, the Saudi Third Expansion, the Saudi Riwaq, the surroundings of the Prophet’s Mosque, and the revered sites of the Prophet Mohammad’s tomb and Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa.

Responsibilities at the two holy mosques entail raising awareness about sites, offering guidance and advice to visitors and worshippers, and encouraging adherence to Islamic law and the teachings of the Prophet Mohammed with gentleness, wisdom, and good advice.

Furthermore, the commission works to rectify violations that may occur during the performance of rituals and worship.

The commission works to create an atmosphere of devotion and faith, to enable individuals to perform their worship with utmost devotion.
