The Cabinet’s Economic Coordination Board approved that resources and enforcement requirements be made available to the State Punishment Organisation (Ta’zirat) in order to deal more effectively with economic violations.
In today’s meeting of the Cabinet’s Economic Coordination Board, which was chaired by Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, following the increase in the powers of the State Punishment Organisation with the approval of the Supreme Economic Coordination Council, a report on the organisation’s performance in recent weeks was presented.
In this report, the actions of the State Punishment Organisation in dealing with overselling were discussed and it was decided to provide resources and executive requirements to the organisation in order to deal more effectively with economic violations.
