ROSHN Group Achieves Two New ISO Certifications for Customer Satisfaction

ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia’s leading multi-asset class real estate developer and a PIF company, has achieved several international standards related to customer satisfaction. The granting of two International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifications-ISO 10003 and ISO 10004, in addition to ISO 9001, ISO 10001, and ISO 10002-reflects the company’s commitment to continuous improvement in serving customers and meeting their needs throughout the Kingdom.

Both ISO standards relate to how organizations engage with customers and manage customer-related issues. The ISO 10004 certification provides guidelines for defining and implementing processes to monitor and measure customer satisfaction, while ISO 10003 covers how an organization plans, designs, develops, operates, maintains, and improves an effective and efficient dispute-resolution process for unresolved complaints.

ROSHN worked to achieve these global standards by sharing the company’s processes and validating them according to the guidelines s
et out by the International Organization for Standardization. Both standards will contribute to ROSHN’s sustainability metrics, including Sustainable Development Goals 8, 9, 10, and 12, which focus on decent work and economic growth, industry, innovation and infrastructure, reduced inequalities, and responsible consumption and production.
