ROSHN, Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center Sign MoU to Advance Project Execution in Riyadh


ROSHN, a leading Saudi multi-asset real estate developer and a PIF company, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center (RIPC) to improve how infrastructure projects are planned and delivered in Riyadh and its surrounding areas.

According to a press release issued today by ROSHN, the MoU, signed on the sidelines of the Saudi Infrastructure Expo, held from September 24 to 26 in Riyadh, will cover various areas, including the exchange of expertise and best practices in planning projects and the use of technology to deliver high quality infrastructure projects for the capital. Sustainability will also be top of the agenda, with ROSHN and RIPC working to roll out joint sustainability initiatives to green the city.

RIPC seeks to elevate the quality of infrastructure projects in Riyadh and its surrounding areas through the planning and execution of sustainable business models that contribute to improving the capital’s quality of life, minimizing visual pollution, and enhan
cing expenditure efficiency.

ROSHN and RIPC will collaborate to plan infrastructure projects at and around ROSHN’s destinations. They will also exchange data, information, and lessons learned concerning infrastructure projects, and work together to establish a mechanism that supports coordination among relevant entities for infrastructure project contractors.
