Russian Official: We Will Continue To Reduce Oil Exports Until The End Of The Year

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak confirmed that his country will continue its voluntary reduction in oil exports, amounting to 300 thousand barrels per day, until the end of this year.

Novak said, according to what was reported by Russia Today (RT), that the voluntary reduction in black gold exports took effect in September and October 2023 and will extend until the end of this year.

The Russian official explained that the voluntary reduction decision will be reviewed next month, to consider deepening the reduction or increasing production, pointing out that this reduction comes in addition to a voluntary reduction announced by Russia last April, which extends until the end of December next year.
