Tehran, IRNA – Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in the Iranian capital on Tuesday afternoon to attend a summit meeting of the three guarantors of Astana peace process – Iran, Russia, and Turkey.
Upon arrival in Tehran, President Putin was accorded warm welcome by Iranian Minister of Petroleum Javad Owji.
He is scheduled to be officially welcomed by his Iranian counterpart Ebrahim Raisi within an hour.
