Saudi Embassy in Bangladesh Holds Ceremony for Pilgrims Hosted under Custodian of Two Holy Mosques Guests Program


Dhaka, The Saudi Embassy in Bangladesh held a ceremony here on Sunday to bid farewell to 40 pilgrims who are hosted as part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Guests Program for Hajj, Umrah and Visit this year.

The program is carried out under the supervision of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance.

Saudi Ambassador to Bangladesh Issa bin Yousef Al-Duhailan delivered a speech at the ceremony in which he expressed his appreciation to and thanked Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for the generous gesture to the Bangladeshi brothers, which is testimony to the leadership’s keenness to address the needs of Muslims and enable them to perform Hajj.

Al-Duhailan praised the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Guests Program for Hajj, Umrah and Visit, which makes it easier for thousands of people from all over the world to perform Hajj, benefiting from an inte
grated system of services that helps them perform their rituals easily and conveniently.

The program beneficiaries conveyed their sincere thanks and appreciation to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the generous hosting, stressing that the program is an extension of the Saudi leadership’s efforts in the service of Islam, Muslims, the Two Holy Mosques, pilgrims and Umrah performers.

They also thanked the Ministry of Islamic Affairs for facilitating and making this program a success.
