Minister of Economy and Planning Faisal Alibrahim met with International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva in Washington, D.C., to discuss global and regional growth prospects in light of recent economic developments, review key trends and developments in the Kingdom’s economy, and outline areas of enhanced collaboration with the IMF.
The meetings were attended by Vice Minister of Economy and Planning Ammar Nagadi; Deputy Minister for Policies and Economic Planning Rakan Alsheikh; General Director of the Economic Research and Insights Department Dr. Yaser Faquih; General Supervisor for International Organizations Hattan Bin Samman; and Infra CEO Mr. Esmail Alsallom.
