Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Cabinet Member, and Climate Envoy Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir met today with Prime Minister of the Solomon Islands Jeremiah Maenele on the sidelines of the 53rd Pacific Islands Forum Leaders Meeting, held in the capital, Nuku’alofa, in the Kingdom of Tonga.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations and ways to intensify joint efforts in various fields, including climate issues and mitigating their effects. The two officials discussed issues of mutual interest and the most prominent topics on the summit’s agenda.
Saudi Ambassador to Australia and Non-resident Ambassador to the Solomon Islands Sultan bin Fahad bin Khuzaim attended the meeting.
