Saudi Real Estate General Authority Showcases Experiences at FIABCI World Real Estate Congress in Singapore


Singapore, The CEO of the Saudi Real Estate General Authority (REGA), Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, has emphasized that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has begun exporting its legislative experiences and practices in the real estate field to several countries that have praised Saudi expertise, particularly in real estate legislation and rental operations regulation.

His remarks came while leading the REGA delegation at the 74th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress, which concluded today in the Republic of Singapore. Eng. Al-Hammad noted that the digital transformation implemented by all government entities in the Kingdom has significantly contributed to the successful automation of operational processes for the programs and activities supervised by the REGA in the real estate sector.

During his participation, he met with several leaders from the international real estate sector, including government entities and the private sector, to review various legislations and experiences in developing the real estate se
ctor. Concurrently with the conference activities, several meetings were held, including a meeting with the Housing and Development Board (HDB) and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) in Singapore, to explore international experiences and practices in real estate legislation and governance for real estate activities.
