SDAIA Signs 3 MoUs to Provide Services of New Tawakkalna Application for Ministries of Media, Tourism, WeBook

The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) during a ceremony today in Riyadh to launch the new identity of the Tawakkalna application, signed three memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with the Ministry of Media, Ministry of Tourism, and WeBook Company.

The (MoU) with the Ministry of Media aims to allow reviewing the cards of the ministry’s employees in the digital portfolio on the Tawakkalna application.

The memo was signed by Director of Public Administration for Planning and Performance for Tawakkalna system at SDAIA Eng. Abdullah Al-Qahtani and Supervisor General of the Public Administration for Digital Transformation and Information Technology at the Ministry of Media Eng. Yasser Al-Hazimi.

The second MoU, signed with the Ministry of Tourism, aims to allow reviewing the cards of the tour guides and the tourism inspectors in the digital portfolio on the Tawakkalna application. The memo was signed by Al-Qahtani and Yaser Al-Shaban Director of Public Administration for Digital Transformation at the Tourism Ministry.

As for the third MoU with WeBook, it aims to book, buy, and review tickets on the Tawakkalna application, where the memo was signed by Assistant Director of the National Information Center of Tawakkalna System Eng. Saleh Museibah and WeBook’s CEO for Information Technology Nadeem Bakhsh.

SDAIA, through the Tawakkalna system, attaches special importance to the fact that the services provided by the new version of the application are of added value, enrich beneficiaries’ experience, and enhance joint efforts with various government entities to access high quality services in which transactions are executed digitally and easily.
