The patrols of the security regiment in Jazan Region have arrested two citizens in Al-Dair Governorate for distributing 152,800 pills subject to medical regulation and 91 kg of Khat hidden in a vehicle driven by one of the offenders.
The patrols took legal measures against them, handing them over to the pertinent authorities.
The security agencies are calling on the public to report any information concerning drug smuggling or promotion by calling (911) in Makkah, Riyadh, the Eastern Province and (999) in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions. They can also contact the General Directorate of Narcotics Control (995) or email (995@gdnc.gov.sa). All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality.
