Serving the Guests of God is a Fixed Principle in the Kingdom’s Policy, Says Saudi Ambassador to Côte d’Ivoire


Abidjan, The Saudi Ambassador to the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, Saad bin Bakhit Al-Qathami, affirmed that serving the guests of God is a firm principle in the policy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the directives of the wise leadership, to harness all the capabilities of the state to serve the pilgrims of the Holy House of God.

In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), he explained that Makkah Route Initiative contributed to facilitating the travel procedures for the guests of God and their performance of their rituals with ease and reassurance. He added that the initiative received a wide positive response among the official, religious and media bodies in Côte d’Ivoire for the second year in a row, indicating that the initiative this year has, for the first time, used the mobile device, enhanced with artificial intelligence, to take the biometrics of its beneficiaries.

Al-Qathami praised the success of the initiative in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, and paid tribute to the close b
ilateral relations between the two friendly countries, which have been strengthened in all fields, offering his thanks to the Ivorian side for their cooperation for the successful implementation of the initiative.
